Posts and barriers
These elements are used to demarcate, mark and temporarily cordon off areas in order to ensure safety and order.
Chain posts:
Lightweight, mobile posts made of plastic or metal that are inserted into a base plate. They are used to hold plastic chains for flexible, non-load-bearing barriers. Events, car parks, temporary routing.
Flexible posts (bollards):
Highly flexible posts, usually made of plastic, which yield on contact and then spring back into shape (memory effect). Often fitted with reflective strips. Hazardous areas, traffic separation, protection of narrow passages that could be driven over.
Barrier posts:
Robust, firmly anchored or foldable/removable posts made of steel or stainless steel, which serve as permanent or temporary access control. Car park entrances, pedestrian zones, property boundaries.
Industrial posts:
Extremely stable, often impact-resistant posts made of thick-walled steel (often painted yellow), which serve to protect machines, shelves or critical areas from forklifts and industrial trucks. Warehouses, production facilities, loading ramps.
Barrier tape:
Lightweight plastic tape (often red and white) wound on rolls, which is unrolled for quick and large-scale temporary marking and demarcation of hazardous areas.
